Featured in the 2026 CityScope Magazine Home & Design Issue, this Modern Farmhouse sets just outside of Chattanooga, Tennessee. The four bedroom and three and a half bath home blends classic gable architecture with warm natural materials. Wide plank, white oak floors, handmade tile, custom cabinetry, and hand forged hardware create a refined space designed for comfortable Southern living.
This Chattanooga based attic bath was reimagined by Kyle Build as part of a historic Tudor cottage renovation. Featured in the Adex USA Tile Catalog, this serene wet room pairs glazed subway tile with Schumacher wallpaper, a modern slipper tub, bespoke unlacquered faucets, and a repurposed antique hall table vanity.
At this Big Ridge home, our in-house architectural and construction team reimagined a 1989 contemporary residence through a full-scale renovation that blends postmodern architecture with mid-century and contemporary influences. The redesigned floorplan improves flow and livability, creating a more open and functional home while preserving the character of the original structure.
Located near Missionary Ridge, this 1925 bungalow was transformed through a full renovation and second-story addition by our in-house architectural and construction team. The home was expanded by approximately 1,000 square feet to include new bedrooms, bathrooms, and an upstairs living room, blending the original bungalow character with spaces designed for modern family living.
