We draft new or refine existing architectural plans and create custom interiors; using mood boards, unique finishes, and 3D color concepts to bring your ideas to life. Together, we finalize designs, set realistic budgets, and coordinate logistics to ensure a smooth build. Optional furniture design thoughtfully completes your home, giving you confidence and control from start to finish.
3.) Permitting and Approvals
We manage all permits and approvals with ease, leveraging our Tennessee BC license, the state’s most comprehensive for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. This expertise gives us a unique edge in handling complex builds smoothly, removing stress and keeping your project on track from start to finish.
4.) Build & Construction Management
Our team oversees every detail, timeline, and subcontractor through dedicated construction management and design administration. By bridging the gap between design and build, we ensure your vision is executed accurately while protecting your investment at every step. By combining design administration and construction management, we improve communication and costly errors, providing expert guidance and accountability from start to finish.
5.) Finishing Touches & Beyond
Before final completion, we walk through the space with you to ensure every detail meets our shared expectations. If you've selected our furnishing and styling services, this is when we install custom pieces, draperies, and final finishes to complete the look. We also handle the final steps of securing a Certificate of Occupancy. Whether it's a full build or a renovation, this is the moment your vision becomes reality. Our team hands over the keys with care and confidence, followed by a 30-day support window for any final adjustments and a one-year warranty for lasting peace of mind.
